MnDOT requested accelerated preparation of final plans, special provisions, and associated tasks for a pavement resurfacing and rehabilitation project split into 2 segments along TH 25 in central Minnesota. First, a 5-mile pavement reclamation segment near Foley, and second, a 9-mile mill and overlay segment in Morrison County. The Morrison County segment included a vertical profile correction and ADA improvements including all new sidewalk through Buckman.

Rani provided coordination and management in order to keep this fast-paced project on schedule, which included coordinating with the owner, local stakeholders, subconsultants (traffic and signing), and utility companies. The design team developed plans, special provisions, and cost estimates using MnDOT, AASHTO, and FHWA standards.
