PROJECT DETAILS

Client: Metropolitan Transportation Network

Location: Minneapolis, MN

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Metropolitan Transportation Network is an expanding private business that provides bus services for several school districts.  To meet customer needs, a Minneapolis hub was desired to reduce response times and cut down on fuel costs.  A 2.1-acre site was chosen on an existing industrial zoned parcel.  Converting this parcel to a bus parking and maintenance facility required parking lot reconstruction and stormwater management facilities design.
